性能介紹:
1)、每路一塊“微機控制單元”(真正的分路控制——一套系統控制多路時系統出問題時影響各路——現有些產品就用一套系統控制多路)微型計算機控制,可以在系統計算機不開機的情況下單獨設定、控制本路壓力、、時間等參數;時實顯示壓力、時間、狀態(八個)并將各參數數據存儲。(系統計算機脫機時數據丟失壓力數據——現有些產品脫機時據等于此段時間試驗白做);同時判別升壓、補壓、泄壓、過壓、運行、結束、泄漏、爆裂八種試驗狀態;自動判別“試驗時間”(壓力在設定控壓公差帶內的時間)“無效時間”“剩余時間”等時間參數。同時自動調整“設定時間”與“時間”的關系使試驗只有在“時間”“設定時間”時試驗才自動停止(晚上節假日等時段內出現“故障時間”“無效時間”時系統在時間不到時停機)
2)、電磁閥,每路二支。由于采用了與德國、丹麥同步的按壓方式,一支升補壓電閥可根據程序和試驗情況,分別改變動作頻率和動作時間,使PE大口徑試樣的快速準確補壓得以實現。使設備適用范圍廣(Ф20—Ф630PE管)控壓高(±1%可達±0.001Mpa)的要求。
3)、丹麥水用壓力站一套,比國產水用試壓泵和有些廠家產品配的氣驅水泵(得用氣體驅動水)流量大、性能更好,壽命更長噪音低且不用氣泵(源)。
4)、航天部高傳感器每路一支,分辯率0.001Mpa及按壓設定值為±0.001Mpa。
5)、每路還有管路單向閥調流閥若干。
6)、多行數字顯示液晶屏、多道貯存通訊(含U盤貯存)、通訊協議更廣泛,表現在可和電腦(PC)、可編程控制器(PLC)、觸摸屏等大多顯示終端通訊

本機特點及組成:
1、特點
1)、可連續無障礙工作,了試驗的完整性;

3)、單獨配備加壓水箱,使用純凈水通過主加壓泵往管材試樣中補壓,了管路中的水質,了管路件(如電磁閥、針閥、截止閥、單向閥)的使用壽命;
4)、使用自主研發的、的、脈沖占空比補壓技術,將升壓環節和補壓環節合二為一,減少了一個支路及器件,也就減少了器件損壞的幾率;

2、設備的組成說明:
本試驗機由壓力控制系統、壓力源、恒溫介質箱、夾具和計算機五部分組成。
1)、壓力控制系統在控制柜中由加壓管路和電器控制兩部分組成。加壓管路由蓄能器、電磁閥、單向閥、過濾器、手動針閥、連接管路等部件組成。電器控制部分由數字控壓壓力表、溫度控制儀表、壓力傳感器、電磁閥、繼電器、過熱保護器、各種開關等組成。
2)、壓力源用來對主壓力系統按試驗條件提供總壓力。
3)、恒溫介質箱主要由箱體、循環泵、加熱器、冷凝器和溫度控制系統組成。箱體由不銹鋼內膽、噴塑外殼體(或不銹鋼)、保溫層、試樣支架和箱蓋組成。
4)、夾具為A型,的設計試夾具的拆裝更方便自如;楔型配合螺紋夾緊裝置使夾緊力更大。本系列夾具具有結構合理、夾緊速度快、密封、拆卸方便的特點。
5)、計算機配備的是品牌機,通過串口與控制柜相連。品牌機是聯保,各地網點均可維護。
工作原理
該機的工作原理是:
1)、設定主壓力儀表的控制壓力和范圍,使壓力源提供高于支路壓力的2~3MPa的壓力儲存在蓄能器中。
2)、按照試樣的環應力要求計算試驗壓力,并依此設定支路壓力儀表的控制壓力和范圍,運行后儀表控制電磁閥全導通,使試樣的壓力上升。設定壓力時進入補壓階段。
3)、補壓階段時電磁閥依據儀表數據斷續導通,使壓力源蓄能器中的壓力補充進試樣中。
4)、壓力源的壓力下降到設定壓力下,柱賽泵啟動工作到上停止。
5)、本機同時具有運行、停止、滲漏預警、破裂識別等功能,實現操作人員在試驗過程中可脫離實驗現場。當試樣出現滲漏、破裂時自動報警并自動關閉該路,其它各路試驗繼續正常進行,直到試驗完成。在同類機型中具有優良的性能價格比,是替代的理想產品。
6)、該機有串口可外配計算機,繪制壓力時間曲線,可實時查詢控壓值,可打印輸出報表,可代替人工職守,可當計算機機停止工作時,儀表仍然可繼續工作。但計算機機不直接控制電磁閥,須經過儀表控制,試驗時儀表不可停止工作。在做試驗過程中,還可關閉計算機機做其它商務業務,主機正常工作。當主機與計算機連通時,主機自動將數送給計算機機,對試驗不產生任何影響。
6)、水箱為主箱內加熱可加熱管的壽命,體外循環使水箱中的水溫均勻。恒溫介質水箱分單熱式和制冷制熱式兩種規格。本機為室溫至95℃
